How access is delivered
Once your purchase is complete, the file containing the article will be sent to the email address provided on the checkout page.When placing an order, please make sure to enter the title of the article you would like to receive in the designated field on the payment page.Most orders are processed automatically and arrive within a few minutes. In some cases, delivery may take up to 24 hours.
If you do not receive your materials:● check your Spam / Promotions folder;● make sure the email address was entered correctly;● wait up to 24 hours before contacting support.

PDF download
All purchased materials are provided in downloadable PDF format.PDF files are optimized for:● desktop reading;● tablet viewing;● printing.
Depending on the selected access option, you may receive:● a single article;● a multi-part publication;● full library access (downloadable ZIP archive).

Language availability
Currently, all publications are available in Russian.English versions are planned for near future release.The website interface is available in English, but the educational materials themselves are currently published in Russian.

Incorrect email address during payment
If you accidentally entered the wrong email address during checkout, please contact support as soon as possible.Include:● the correct email address;● the approximate time of purchase;● the purchased access option.

Refunds
Because the materials are digital products with downloadable access, refunds are generally not available after delivery.However, if you experience technical issues or do not receive your materials, please contact support and we will help resolve the problem.

Future updates
Some publications are released progressively and may receive updates over time.Users with eligible access plans will receive updated versions automatically when new material becomes available.
