How access is delivered
Important: Please provide a valid email address and specify the title of the article you would like to receive.Your article will be delivered to the email address provided during checkout. Delivery may take up to 24 hours, although most orders are delivered within one hour.
If you received a payment confirmation email but did not receive your article, please check your Spam folder.If the payment confirmation has been received, the article is not in your Spam folder, and more than 24 hours have passed since your order was placed, please contact support.
Payments
Payments are accepted via Visa and Mastercard, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay.
If you encounter any technical issues, please contact support.
Incorrect email address during payment
If you entered an incorrect email address and notice the mistake immediately (for example, if you do not receive a payment confirmation email), please contact support as soon as possible.In your message, please provide the correct email address and the approximate time the order was placed.
Articles
All purchased materials are provided in downloadable PDF format.
PDF files are optimized for:
● desktop reading;
● tablet viewing;
● printing.
Depending on the selected access option, you may receive:
● a single article;
● a multi-part publication;
● full library access (downloadable ZIP archive).
Language availability
Currently, all publications are available in Russian.English versions are planned for near future release (summer 2026).
Refunds
Because the materials are digital products with downloadable access, refunds are generally not available after delivery.However, if you experience technical issues or do not receive your materials, please contact support and we will help resolve the problem.
Free updates
New publications are released on a regular basis, while existing articles may be expanded and updated to reflect emerging evidence and clinical developments.If a purchased article is updated during your complimentary update period, the revised version will be provided free of charge.
